The woman behind the work
From Boardroom to Sacred Fire
A story of collapse, reclamation, and the ancient wisdom that changed everything
For years, Krystle lived the life the world said she should want — a high-achieving career, the trappings of success, the relentless forward motion of a woman who had learned to outrun her own pain. She was good at it. Exceptional, even. And completely, quietly falling apart.
The unraveling didn't happen all at once. It came in waves — a creeping exhaustion that no vacation could fix, a hollowness behind the accomplishments, a body that kept score long after the mind had moved on. When the bottom finally came, it was not a dramatic crash. It was a stillness. A silence so complete she could no longer ignore what it was asking of her.
That silence was the beginning of everything.
The Path That Found Her
Recovery led Krystle inward — first through the body, then through the ancestral lines that had shaped her without her knowing. She began to understand that the patterns she carried were not hers alone. They were inherited. Encoded. And they could be transformed.
Her path wove through shamanic traditions rooted in the Andean lineage, Celtic ancestral wisdom, and the living intelligence of the natural world. She trained under teachers who understood that healing is not a product — it is a relationship. With the self. With the ancestors. With the land.
She learned to read the stars not as fate, but as a map — a language written at the moment of birth that reveals the soul's original blueprint and the ancestral imprints woven into it. She learned to work with energy not as a concept, but as a tangible, responsive force that responds to intention, ceremony, and truth.

Why This Work
✦“You did not come here to repeat what was handed to you. You came to transform it.”
✦
Krystle works with people who are done with surface-level solutions. People who sense there is something deeper driving their patterns — in relationships, in money, in health, in the quiet ache of not quite belonging to their own life.
Her work sits at the intersection of the ancient and the practical. She brings the rigor of someone who has lived in the corporate world and the reverence of someone who has been broken open by something far older than any boardroom. She does not offer comfort. She offers truth — and the tools to work with it.
This is not wellness. This is reclamation.
